My 16 yr old daughter has also been diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder/bipolar. Hers came on very quickly also. I dont have any answers yet, we are still trying to find the right combo of meds. Right now she is on halodol, abilify, zoloft, provigil, and feels like just keeping head above water. Still has so many delusions but no longer suicidal . We are going to see Dr. Tony Simon in Sacramento, CA they are running studies for kids like ours his email is tjsimon@ucdavis.edu He may be very helpfull to you.
