Today we learned that our son (almost 20 months old) has an unbalanced translocation between chromosomes 7 and 22 (deletion of 22q11.2qter and partial trisomy of 7q32qter). I hope I'm saying all of this correctly. Anyway, our geneticist told us that he has never heard of or seen a case like this, and only parts of our son's symptoms are associated with other disorders. We are in search of anyone who knows about this or knows someone with this. Please let me know! Thank you!
