I do not know you, but I am impressed with your honesty. That is the mark of a dealer one can trust. Moreover, we all go through down-time, so to speak. Bravo, and I hope your business thrives.
I apologise for the current slow turn around of orders. As pointed out by David I am only part time at the moment. However this is not the reason for the delay. I have had some personal problems, which have developed over a period of several months to sort out. This has now happened and I am back working as often as possible.
However I am guilty of not contacting customers during this period and explaining the situation and for that I apologise, it is not good customer service and I am sorry.
To confirm contact details I currently use two email addresses which I am trying to sort out to remove any confusion. These are:

I have ordered a painted model from Mountford but it has been more than three months and I am still waiting for the product. I would just like to know whether it's normal to wait for that long? Thank you for an info!
