Then some allowances have to be made to accommodate the printing processes. There are probably others much more familiar with the design and manufacturing process.
However, there are some guidelines that must be followed when finishing a FUD model. One needs to expose the model to UV light to finish the post cure process. I usually set my models outside for 2 sunny days and let natural sunlight do that for me. You will notice the model will take on a frosty white type of patina after that. Then I usually do a minimum of 2 cleanings with Simple Green with an old toothbrush.
As some of the models as Paul has pointed out are of what some would call wargaming quality you may wish to add or enhance the detail of the model. This would usually involve sanding/filling to fit or add the additional detail you want.
