The "1/1250 trade" uses a standard white, usually called Brilliant White and all white primer spray cans are the same shade. If you have any pre-painted hospital ships, they will be in this colour and yours will be a perfect match to those. Just recently, some plastic kit makers seem to be recommending Tamiya, "Insignia White" which has a slight yellow caste and probably more accurately resembles a white, lead-based, oil paint for the WW2 era and earlier.
