I have made a number of shipwrecks and salvaged ships over the last 10 years, Amoco Cadiz, MT Haven, Derfflinger, Seydlitz, Kaiserin, Friedrich der Grosse, V70, and, for my own collection, Titanic, Britannic, USS Arizona, NYKK's Hiogo and small ships to suit my lighthouses. Very few people seem to be interested in paying to buy a wreck but sales of models of the ships in original condition do seem to benefit from the fame. Concordia's cofferdams/floats & balast tanks are relatively straightforward shapes so it would make an interesting project for a home build. Rhenania Junior did make the "Plan B", Dockwise Vanguard....
: I may have missed this, but has anyone
: produced a model of the Costa Concordia with
: the salvage pontoons attached? I think that
: would be a great model to have.
