He was a small gamble that hasnt worked for us. But if he had spark he can still develop a career at a lower level and develop. HAppens iwth many. Ian Wright. Ian Dowie. Carlton was lateish developer. Only so long you can keep a development player to see if they come good. After that its down to the player

Dowie and Wright were signed from non league and did a job straight away at a decent level.
This Pepple lad is not comparable ffs.

Longer term though Pepple was signed as kid from a foreign league. He now has a couple of goals at a shit level. Hes still young. He will probably drop into non league if he is lucky enough not to drop into scottish football..

However in 5/6/7 years he may have developed enough and get a crack at the football league again. Some are late developers. If he does..good luck to him. He wont be our player then.

If a player doest make it with his "youth" club (or teenage club) it doesnt mean he wont have a future in the game . or that he will.

Chong and Tnegi were not considered good enough for man u for example...

Mcindoe and Kandol and Calvin Andrew most fans considered werent what we needed. But went on to have bettr careers then we woudl have thought.
