    Level of support

Will our level of support drop off home or away due to our relegation to the championship.

If only we had played in the Championship recently so we would know…

With the number of people on the waiting list for STs, home games should be close to selling out although the away section may not be full for some games, particularly midweek or obscure kick-off times for TV.

If you think that we will go back up, next season would give you an opportunity to build up an away ticket buying history to give you priority the following season.

Still might be a problem for some Luton fans. Some championship clubs are cutting back on away supporters I’ve read, simply because the attendances are rising and they are trying to harness new home supporters. Certainly Soton have cut back to the 2k and wba I think. QPR are only giving out the top tier on a regular basis now.

At home it will be difficult to get tickets. Apart from four or five away games it should be easy enough. Don’t forget though we will be playing three games in a week next season sometimes
            (I detest that saying)

Tickets won’t be hard to come by next season, it will be nothing like it was this year.

You’ll easily get most home games if you logon at the time of sale or wait for buybacks a few days before. Other than Watford or maybe Leeds if they stay down.

Other than Watford I doubt we’ll sell out many away games as the allocations are all decent. Maybe QPR or Oxford if they go up. Regardless, it won’t be difficult!

That saying may be more accurate next season - Sunday - Wednesday - Saturday or Saturday - Tuesday - Friday.

In our 4 seasons in the championship I can only think of a handful of games where the away team didn't sell out there allocation. Wigan, Blackpool, Preston (midweek), Bristol City (midweek), immediately spring to mind but whilst that's probably about all although I'm sure there's probably one or two others I've overlooked.

Next season will see quite a number of games on Friday night or at 12.30 on Saturday or Sunday. Some fans will opt to watch on TV instead of travelling. Also, the away allocation will be about a couple of hundred (about 20 per cent) higher than it was in those years.

                  Yes indeed. Good points.
